Japan Centre’s Ichiba, Europe’s largest Japanese food hall, marks its one year since opening with a spectacular weekend of birthday celebrations for all and everyone to enjoy.
The weekend-long festival will be a vibrant celebration of all things Japanese, with a fabulous line up of activities and performances.
Festival goers can look forward to great savings in-store; free tastings of award-winning Yee Kwan premium ice cream; complimentary samplings up for grabs from an interactive Yakult AI vending machine; live performances from taiko drummers and shamisen musicians; origami and calligraphy workshops and the all-important Kagami Biraki: breaking of the sake barrel.
