Westfield London Opens The Merry Mutts Motel This Festive Period To Look After Dogs Whilst Their Owners Shop

WHAT: This December, Westfield London and Urban Mutts - experts in doggy day care - will open the doors to a one of a kind Christmas canine experience. The Merry Mutts Motel is a festive themed doggy drop off service, which allows dog owners to drop their beloved pets off for festive fun, dog walks and mini tricks training whilst they go late night Christmas shopping at the centre.

The exclusive doggy winter cabin based at the Winter Village, Westfield Square will raise funds for Wild at Heart Foundation with 100% of donations from the Merry Mutts Motel contributing towards the charity’s work in international dog rescue and adoption projects. Dogs will receive the ultimate festive experience including a cosy interior for them to get seasonal with their canine companions and enjoy a range of Christmas treats. They’ll be taken on local park walks with Santa’s doggie helpers, dress up for their very own Christmas card shoot with their owner and learn some new tricks!

At a time when dog owners are busy with lots of festive engagements, the Merry Mutts Motel offers their four-legged friends the chance to get involved in the festivities rather than be left home alone for longer than usual.

WHERE: The Merry Mutts Motel is situated at The Winter Village, Westfield Square Westfield London (near John Lewis). The nearest tube stations are Wood Lane and White City. Owners should access the Merry Mutts Motel from the outside of the centre, approaching from the Wood Lane side of Westfield Square. For those arriving by car please park in car park B or C: for parking B, please come through lobby 9 up the travellator and through to the square from level -2; for parking C located on levels 3 and 4, please take the lift in lobby 9 down to the level -2 through the square. Alternatively, owners can park in the John Lewis & Partners car park and come through the store to Westfield Square.
