regular customer. I chose as advertised in the shop, a sandwich+drink, expecting to pay £3. At the till, was asked to pay £4.75. Reminded the person serving that it should be £3 but abruptly he said again £4.75. I challenged that and he said that the drink was not in the deal. I challenged that too, as it is advertised as ANY hot or cold drink so i said it's not displayed anywhere that some drinks would be excepted. He said "I'm telling you now!". I noticed, to my shock that he was the MANAGER of the shop. He was rude, he did not respect his shop's advertising. I mentioned that I will leave a negative review; he replied "Do what you want!". Will not walk into this shop again as I was very disappointed by the manager's behaviour, obviously not setting a good example to the other employees.
After I walked out of the shop he went and removed the advertising posters 'Selected sandwich &any Hot/cold drink for £3'. Shame that he represents Greggs
