Gourmet Express

I come here weekly with my girlfriend and I have to say that the Lamb Shish is the best kebab I have eaten in my life! The staff are friendly and highly efficient. Don't know why people are grumbling over waiting 10 minutes for top food, it's always worth it!

I called to place an order for collection. The person go answered was rushing to take the order despite not finishing. Did not repeat my order and was constantly saying "yeah, yeah, yeah." Very poor customer service. When I arrived my order was wrong which I wasn't surprised. The two staff members didn't correct my order and didn't seem bothered. The food is good. Well cooked. Summarise: good food, poor service. Local competition will not make this business survive.

The only reason I am writing this bad review is because they have never changed or improved since last 5 years I have been going to that shop.
First reason, over priced
Second reason, staff very rude
The main reason is very slow service and will never change.

I have no choice as I leave nearby and not many restaurant around.

In my personal opinion I would say that the food is really nice and is bursting with flavour but the service is really slack in this shop, they have conversations amongst themselves when you are waiting to be served and they are quite rude when they have got a part of the order wrong and say you didn't say that. As I have previously stated this is my opinion of what i have seen in the times that I have gone there and this has put me off the shop for good unfortunatly as service comes in the package with the food.

This is basically a very good Lebanese restaurant with a kebab shop attached. The food is excellent. The service is good, but could be more attentive.

If you're looking for delicious food quickly and at a good price, you cannot beat this place.

Little gem! The food is sooo tastey! They are always polite and friendly when I go in. Sometimes it takes a bit longer then places like Burger King but just because they cook most things fresh right in front of you. My favourites are the falafel and hallumi wrap or kebab meat (marinated in deliciousness) with salad.

Can't quite believe the last review, it's total rubbish. Staff have allways been friendly, food has allways been prompt. And it's simple the best kebab shop in the Wimbledon area. Having lived here for 9 years, I've tried them all. The mixed grill selection and lamb shwarma are the bext for me. Shish etc are barbequed fresh. Never had a bad meal here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GIVE IT A TRY!

Shambolic service, Staff are very slow in taking order's, sometimes ignoring you for a few minutes before they take your order. I have been there a few time and the service has never improved. Food is good but the price is not worth paying, especially with the levels of service recieved. One word of advice. Avoid!

Not any better than your local kebab shop, service was slow and not responsive, and there was no atmosphere.
