Following on from the success of The Shed, in Notting Hill, Rabbit, on the Kings Road, and Nutbourne, in Battersea, the Gladwin Brothers have opened their first West End project on an iconic Soho restaurant site, celebrating the Sussex countryside captured within an eclectic mix of classic and progressive cooking.
