The worst customer service I have experienced in quite some time. Very disorganized and hasnt a clue about their own business. Tell you one thing on email, deny at the storefront and gave me a lecture on top of it! I will never go to this branch here again. Ever.

Terrible! Rude service and a ruined roll of film. I highly recommend you go somewhere else.

Submitted 2 films from a recent trip to the U.S. Returned to be told the "machine had broken" and i will never ever see my pics as the films were exposed

Absolutely devasted :( !!!! Stay well away and use another specialist to avoid disappointment. The bad reviews of this brand speak volumes

Not sure why the bad reviews. Since I work around the corner I've been using their store for years. Always good service and they know what they're talking about, unlike other similar photo labs nearby. recently had a huge canvas printed and framed and it looks stunning above my fireplace!!!

terrible service. the CD i ordered turned out to be blank CD. when i called back one of the lady there was answering in a really unhelpful tones. When I came back she said it is my Mac fault. Meanwhile when I did the same thing in Snappy Snaps bethnal green the CD work in my Mac. I brought my Mac for the thought of easy transfer but they dont have any memory card or USB stick to transfer. She asked me to come back again (for the 3rd time??) or buy a USB stick which I dont need. Lucky the customer in line offered his USB for short lend. When i complaint how unprofessional it is, she still resisted that it is my laptop fault and look at me as if she wants to win over. Such a childish service. Never come back there again, unpleasing my day.

Terrible customer service and printing quality. Can't get simple orders correct, willing to argue with their customers and want to charge them more for a dud job! I will never go back there.
