The Goldsmiths Arms

We eat in the Goldsmith about three times a month, and have had family Sunday lunches there. We have loved every minute of it. Great food great staff, and if there is a problem they put it right immedietley. I personally find the staff very welcoming, and the place has a comfortable relaxed atmosphere about it.

I must disagree to the last comment I eat at the goldsmiths arms with my family quite regularly and never been disappointed the food is to a high standard as with the service, the staff are most helpful and the meals are to a high standard and good value.

Dreadful. The food is really sub standard. You have to pay extra for veg portions, and the veg was completely tasteless, frozen... and it was stone cold.

Nothing is seasoned properly. Poor value. Worst pub meal I've ever eaten.

Down the road from my new digs in Bowes Road, so very convenient. Great atmosphere. Good food. Just think they should have more flat screen tellies, especially on the raised deck. Nice smokers shelter outside, and cannot wait for warmer weather to test drive the beer garden.

we spent a week in london in feb,.comming from the highlands of scotland,dont know why but we found the goldsmith arms,and we can say it was the best find we found in london ,good pint and a dram and the meals were lovely cant thank you enough
