Brilliant service, such nice driver and polite and helpful person on the phone. cost me only £20 to heathrow!

I would give them zero out of 10 if I could. Previously used them with no issues they need some manners, I booked a cab for a 3 mile journey (for 2.30pm) the night before and was quoted £15, I clarified that there were 7 passengers and was quoted £25. I accepted and we took the cab to our destination. Once we arrived, I was told I now need to pay £40 because they had to bring the car empty from Wembley! i refused to pay the £40 and spoke to the controller who was extremely rude and threatened to call the police if I did not pay the new price. I paid the quoted fare and left. DO NOT USE!!!!
