Such bad manners, I went in with my work suit when I went to pick up they had lost the skirt, and was told there was no skirt when I left it which is a lie

I took in a leather filet for alteration and was charged the same price as what an experienced leather alteration would have cost. The filet was taken in the same amount on both seams in a straight line without any thought of my body shape. As there is fur around the arm holes, it's now too small. The lady also didn't remove the excess fur but left it inside the seams of an already bulky product. No invoice received for the job and shoddy workmanship all round.

Since the new staff have joined this dry cleaners I have found the service fantastic.
I would definitely recommend it.

Two top quality shirts that I recently gave to this drycleaners to be laudered came back with tears down the front on both sides (not on the seams). It was obvious that the material was stretched too much during the ironing process which resulted in the tears. The drycleaners admitted that the tears occurred during the laundering process but said I needed to accept that this sometimes happens! I couldn't believe their attitude and they refused to offer compensation even though they knew me personally as a regular customer who spend approximately £40-£50 a month on drycleaning. Previous to this they ruined my 'Joseph' leather jacket saying the leather was of inferior quality (which I stupidly accepted). If you value your clothes and are looking for quality service, then I would suggest you try the numerous other quality drycleaner in the area.
