Requested to view 5 properties, but never had a response. Called them a week later to chase up and arranged to view properties but they could no commit on a meeting place or a time for the following week. Needed chasing again to get a confirmation.
In addition to this they were inpolite on the telephone.
Hopefully just a case of someone having a bad day!
