Tried K&Ko after seeing so many fantastic reviews online and despairing over the lottery of other hairdressers have tried both locally and in central London. Usually don’t enjoy hairdresser experience at all however this was a revelation - relaxing, pleasant, good refreshments/magazines, reasonably priced and probably the best haircut have ever had (by Elli). Will be able to make going to the hairdresser a regular, enjoyable thing for the first time ever and may even consider colour etc. Thanks so much!

I cannot recommend Kay & Kompany enough. I have been visiting the salon for nearly 4 years now and always receive a warm welcome. Stacey is a brilliant hairdresser - a really warm and chatty person with superb colour and cutting skills. She really listens to what I want to have done and I am always thrilled with the results. It is so nice to have a salon on my doorstep that treats its customers so well.

Kay and Kompany are a great salon. I recommend Drew and Stacey. They are so good at colouring and they use organic colours. They really do listen to what you want.
Their treatments are lovely.

I am always fussy having my hair cut or coloured. I love Kay and Kompany as they listen and do what I want. Stacey is great at colour. She uses majimech instead of bleach which stops my hair getting dry and damaged. I love their conditioning treatments.
Kay and Kompany are child friendly and if you happen to be passing by and they have space to fit you in you get 15% off which is great!

I have been going to Kay & Kompany for 10 months. Everyone is friendly and helpful and knows what they are doing. I have had my hair tinted, cut, blow dried and a Kera Straight, all from Drew. She is professional and listens to me and puts me at ease when we are trying something new to me. I highly recommend this salon and feel lucky to have found them.

I really recommend Kay and Kompany. They listen to what you want and are fabulous at hair colour. They use organic colours but I am really happy as they don’t use bleach on my blonde hair, instead they use magi mesh which is a blonde that doesn’t damage my hair.
I really recommend Stacey she is fabulous at colouring.
Kay and kompany are also child friendly.
The coffees are good too.
Its great to find a salon in Muswell Hill that compares to a west end salon!

A very warm, attentive and welcoming staff team!
For an initial visit, I was very pleased with the service and the products available.
The only downside was having to wait 45 minutes beyond my appointment time to get started.
But it is a very vibrant and busy salon, so if the time factor is important, it may be best to negotiate.
Overall it was a small price to pay for a good result.

Ladies....ladies, hair extensions and color....look no further! These fab people know their stuff. Full head of extensions and color with Stacey, only my second visit but another lovely visit. Stacey is the woman for extensions and, if you're looking for a full fix as I was this team know their stuff. Everything I asked for delivered spot on, again, no fuss and with a lovely service from all. Thanks a mill for everything ladies......see you in 6 weeks. Axxx

The girls are all really lovely and actually listen to what you want to have done.
They use organic colours which are much better for you hair.
They are really kind and child friendly.
I feel lucky to have what I feel is equivalent to a super west end salon but so close to where I live in Muswell hill.
I recommend Stacey and Lauren but the other girls seem great too.

I have been going to Kay or Ellie at Kay & Kompany for more than 10 years now. I always come out with fabulous looking hair that people compliment – friends and strangers alike. I was let down by my usual hairdresser for a cut before a wedding overseas so had to find somewhere else on short notice. Went to Kay & Kompany on the recommendation of a friend who has used them for years – they were able to fit me in last minute and gave me a walk in discount! Even though I was worried to go somewhere totally new, Stacy gave me a fabulous haircut that everyone has admired, and from the excellent advice she gave me about the colour, I shall go back and have her do that for me too. I've been going to Kay & Kompany for some years now and am very happy with their expertise, service and generally everything about the salon.
My hair is not easy to deal with but their cutting and colouring is second to none.
My only worry about commending them in this way is that they will get so busy I'll find it hard to get an appointment.

Kay and Kompany was recommended to me by a friend. I could not fault the service and attention they paid to me. I had chosen to completely change my hair colour and I'm so pleased with results.

I have been having highlights and styling from Dee for a few years now. I always love the results because she listens to what you want, rather than doing what she wants, as I have found in other hairdressers! The colouring is so good, I can leave it for 6 months and it grows out looking natural. Can't recommend this salon highly enough!

Kay and kompany is a brilliant hairdressers. They really listen and take time and care in giving advice. They use lovely products and organic colours which are better for your hair. Lauren is brilliant. They are great with children. They have some brilliant conditioning treatments that have transformed my coloured hair.

I've been coming to Kay & Kompany since moving to London, and always walk out loving my hair. Cristina does my colour, cut & finish and it's always perfect. They listen & consult with you over what you want and are always on hand to offer advice. A genuinely good salon, full of genuinely nice people, who are always up for a giggle & chat. Fabulous!

First ever visit was fantastic. From the time i stepped through the door to the moment i left i felt pampered and listened to. The head massage was to die for...found myself drifting off it was so relaxing. Ellie gave me a cut that suited my face and my lifestyle. Will definitely be making anither appiintment.

Kay and Company is an understated hairdressers slightly off the beaten track in Muswell Hill I have used it for cuts and colours for about 3 years. I have always found them to be personable and helpful and compared to most London Salons they are priced very reasonably. I appreciate the fact they don't hard sell products. I would recommend them to others.

I went to have a cut today. It was the first time that I had been there for a cut [but have had my hair coloured there twice before].
Lauren did my hair and I have come back home feeling thrilled with the style.
Lauren listened to what I wanted and from the minute she started cutting my hair I relaxed, as she is so competent and skilled.
I am in my 60s - so this is a Salon for all ages.
Highly recommended!

They are exceptionally professional and all the staff are so friendly; they really do everything to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I have been going to Kay's for about 20 years. Colouring and cutting has always been excellent. Service is efficient, friendly and never overbearing. I have always been completely confident of results. My teenage daughters go too, so that's an endorsement in itself! I'd have no hesitation recommending the team - new people to the area may not know about this salon as it is off the main Muswell Hill drag but I'd say venture a bit further to Colney Hatch Lane and you won't be disappointed!

I went to Kay and Kompany for the first time this week for a complete restyle. I was a bit nervous as I was having a lot of hair cut off! The stylist was really nice and happy to spend time chatting to me beforehand to check she knew exactly what I wanted. She continued to check throughout the cut that I was happy with everything and asked lots of questions. I love the cut, it was exactly what I wanted and really well done. Kay and Kompany are an amazing, reliable and affordable hair salon in which I have had my hair coloured cut and blow dried for the past two years. I would highly recommend them, it is a great relaxed atmosphere with really friendly staff.

Lovely service from all the staff. Kay and Lauren listened carefully to what I wanted and made helpful suggestions. Lauren did a great job colouring my hair and adding lowlights. It was the first time I'd had my hair coloured professionally and I'm delighted with the result. Highly recommended.

Kay and Kompany is a great hair salon and the staff are all very professional and friendly. I have been doing my hair in Kay and Kompany for some years and have no intention of changing my salon. I would recoment it to anyone who is looking for a great and relaxing place for hair grooming.
