Train people on how to speak to customers with professionalism and have the knowledge of the business to enable them to answer any concerns about there shipment. I say this as I have had experience with this office and they lack the ability to answer simple questions about shipments. DONT USE THIS SHOP. CAUTION.

Very busy office. Relaxed friendly staff. Have been in the office a couple of times and have felt sorry for the staff having to deal with difficult customers but they seem to manage it well. Got my barrel within 2 weeks - it was there before I reached Kingston so I was really happy. Would use this company again.

I am Disgusted with the level of customer service, communication between staff as the right hand had no idea what the left hand was doing and overall attitude or the so called owners it took them 3 months to ship two barrels after taking my money with a smiles and sweetness ( I assume this was because they were trusted to complete a job while I returned abroad ! ) and when I enquired as to what the holdup was instead of exercising some sort of remorse or effort to provide a solution I was greeted with insults and no solution , I would never advise anyone to use these shippers they are noth
