A & D Nails

I have been a customer of A&D Nails for a decade. Always polite and friendly service. Long-lasting manicure, SNS, Shellac 3+ weeks. Excellent massage chair for spa pedicure. Super good results. The nail polish always looks very natural and with a great finish.

Worst " manicure" worst customer service I've ever encountered. Avoid

The worst nails parlor ever. Couldnt use my contacts and unfortunately forgot my glasses but as been coming over a year and ordered the same ( shellac mani+pedi) wasn't on guard. End up paying the same for pedi and shellac only on my nails that haven't been treated for few months. Lazy and rude tic (?) Left them in different shapes and lengths. Shouted at me in front of everybody: "go wash your hands they're dirty"! I was distracted as took hours although I've asked to do my hands and feet on same time . Was charged 1£ less for shellac only that I never asked for. Always do full treatment as cost same!
This place is going down no registered owners just the horror show of this horrible nim . Shouts ,hangs phone in your face with dirty nails and no gloves. Avoid

I let do manicure and pedicure at A and D at Surrey Quays since more than 10 years. Because of an immune disease, I had very fast splitting fingernails, unfortunately so terrible that my fingertips were hurting. Thanks to the very good service and the good quality of products at A and D my fingernails are healthy again and in a good shape. I want to say thank you for the very good service.
