Beaumont Beds

DO NOT recommend this store. Waited over 3 months for new bed. Excuse after excuse always the fault of Sealy apparently. Head office clearly as bad as no response. Have since seen lots of bad reviews- how they remain in business is a mystery. Got money back and was shocked to see the huge stack of dockets for other customers waiting delivery. Shameful!

Be honest with customers!
Waited over 3 months for new mattress (high end so not cheap!) Was contacted and fed one sorry excuse after enough. Finally demanded money back and went to Bensons, purchased same item for £200 less and delivered within 3 weeks!
Certainly won't be recommending Beaumonts in Walworth Road to anyone. Oddly, unable post review on their own website (there are negative comments posted recently) and I have never had a response from head office.
Very poor indeed - not a good advert to shop local!

Absolutely appalling service from this company. The staff at the branch were polite and helpful but that is as far as it went! Waited (and still waiting) 3 weeks past original delivery date for beds and mattresses that we spent £800 on. Date has been changed and delayed on four occasions due to the manufacturer apparently. I would therefore suggest that the directors of this company stop dealing with these particular manufacturers. I wish i had gone elsewhere for the beds now!! So very angry and would not recommend this company to anyone.
