Dear potential clients
I have lived few buildings blocs from PIO PRINTING company on Marylebone Road for about 20 years and have had to experience their UNWELCOMING at times ATTITUDE over the decades
.
Last week, I had a last minute job and this timeI decided to take action, as my LAST MINUTES MONEY resulted in tears
ABUSIVE is I believe the correct term for couple of the team members there (RUDE does not even transcript what is going on there - it is actually deeper than than, as it seems that depending on WHO YOU ARE the dice can simply turn into blades)
IT IS SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE TO TREAT CUSTOMERS in such manner, and some of the VERBAL COMMENTS are border line PERSONAL ATTACKS
.
I surely do not recommend this business to anyone unless you are really stuck and if you do please follow the steps
- write all your order request carefully by email
- request a full confirmation reply before agreeing on any work
- and if you sense some foul play, do not pay un

I went here as I had to print out many wedding invitations for my wedding in Scotland. I had a very good experience at the staff members helped me a lot. even though I had to print out a lot of documents I they still assisted me and helped me every step of the way. especially this guy called Arman who works there. he was vey kind to me and I gave him a hug and sticker after the process was finished. I would like Arman to get a raise

I would definitely not recommend them!they were really rude from the minute i walked in!And also, there were some other students there as well,he wouldn't pay any attention to them and when he did, he told them that he couldn't print what they were asking for because it would take a long time!I couldn't believe in my ears!

Best printers in London, without doubt!

My gf needed scanning / printing of paintings for a job interview tomorrow. They were on coloured / grained paper, so very difficult to get right.

Dan and Dave were amazing - technically skilled, friendly and patient! They even stayed open late.

Thank

We use PIP Printing a lot for artwork for large events that we run and they always manage to turn around our large orders, often at late notice. Items always arrive when they say they will and the items are always of a quality we would expect for the price.

Don't ever go there , those people don't know how to run a business or talk with their customers
i went to print an A1 poster , i gave them my work on an USB, they showed it to me it was fine . because it was 5h30 they were about to close and ask me to come back the next morning and collect it which i did . the next morning i went there , took my poster quickly but i went to my university presentation the same morning i found out that they deleted an important of my work . Because of their unprofessionalism i failed in my module . I went there and explained the problem , without even asking for a refund , the person refused to give my money back or to apologize . As he said to me " I don't care about your work , next time don't do your work at the last minute". First of all ; is not his problem if i do my work in the last minute or not , second of all , its their job to verify their work . they refuse to admit their mistake and were not open to any discussion .
they were rude , incomprehensible with the worst costumer service ever . You can not trust their work , i paid £50 for a poster that they ruined . i was very disappointed, i advice every one to avoid this crapy place , as those people are skill and manner less .

I just got stung £12 + vat by these guys to send me a single email. I had only asked for it to be emailed because there was no point paying £5 for them to burn a cd. £14.40 to send three scanned photos on top of the £9.60 per scan. Very disappointing, I won't be returning.....ever
Have your say
