Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, un-intimdiating, didn't make me feel I shouldn't be there - basically, 100% opposite to Tattooooze in Lee Green. Highly recommended.

I had my first tattoo done here, and the staff were fantastic. The customer service was great and the tattoo that I got was quality. I would definitely recommend 21st century tattoos!!

I got my 2nd tattoo here, they were great, I am a black female and I found them a very friendly bunch, put me at ease and gave me a 1st class tattoo, its a tattoo shop, posh OK yaa, golly gosh service is not their thing, you have to know how to relate, will be returning shortly for my 3rd tatt!!

Incredibly rude, unfriendly, useless, unwilling and unhelpful staff.
Completely uninterested and vacant employees.
I went in there twice to try and purchase an earring for a tragus piercing. The first time the man who does the piercings wasn't there, and therefore the staff who were there weren't able to work out which earrings were which, when I'm sure they must be in labeled packets.
The second time, the piercing man was there, but when I asked for the earring he looked at me blankly and shook his head. No offer to order anything in, no suggestion of other places to look.
Awful customer service, do not give them your custom.

I got my tattoo done here in July 2010. Although the guy on the desk was a bit abrupt they were really professional and dealt with the my anxious needle hating behaviour.

Of all the tattoo shops I've been to this has to be my favourite. If you're looking for somewhere where you want fluffy tattooists this is not the place for you!
But I love it!
