Up In Smoke

This will be my second visit at up in smoke and honestly they are a wonderful team. I went there this last Sunday to get a piercing done and the staff made me feel soo welcomed. I really enjoyed my experience. I recommend friends and family to visit!! Trust me I will be going a 3rd time:-)

I got a nose piercing and the young guy who did this was very arrogant and did such a bad job I had to go elsewhere to get it done properly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. When I put in a complaint nobody even bothered to reply to me. Unprofessional and shoddy.

Had nose piercing today, didn't have an appointment and there was no queue so got seen pretty quick.
Staff professional and knowledgeable.
Premises very clean interior.
Dee very nice.

I love this place the people are always friendly and knowledgeable. I've been with many of my mates to get things pierced there, and not one have had any issues with there piercings. I got my tongue pierced there recently and I get pretty damn nervous when it comes to needles, the guy was very professional, calm and quick. I live an hour away from Croydon but I think it's definitely worth the journey.

I've had my ear and nose piercings done at up in smoke. The people who are there are friendly and extremely helpful with information about piercings and aftercare is brilliant, any problems you have you can consult them about it. I would definitely recommend ‘Up In Smoke’ for a piercing or tattoo. Great Service!

I went to up in smoke for my tongue piercing. It is a very clean and sterile environment, and only uses new equiptment..unlike other piercing shops i've been to. The waiting area has a very calming effect and makes you feel comfortable. There are also people who there, that speak to you to take the edge off your nerves. Overall, I would come back to this place for any piercing or tattoo. 10/10!
