I have never in my 30 odd years working in Westminster come across a member of staff as miserable as the person who I have to deal with in you Buckingham Gate shop. I am the building manager in 66 Buckingham Gate and have 5 tenants who currently use you services for paper deliveries. I have a really good personality and always try to be friendly to your member of staff. After this mornings little outbreak I will now concider taking all of 66 Buckingham Gates business elsewhere.
