I contacted the company to ask for help with an alarm that was fitted by london east security centre in a property I just moved to. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude. I was trying to find out what would happen if I disconnected their alarm, he said they don’t do them anymore and hung up on me when I was speaking. I called back, he answered the phone and started swearing and shouting at me. Clearly not a professional, to whoever runs this business I would highly recommend looking into how your team. Not a pleasant experience and absolutely no help.

I used to use this company years ago when I was in the motor trade. When I lost my keys this weekend, I remembered this firm. Victor the locksmith is a genuinely helpful guy. Fast, efficient service and very reasonable price. Would recommend this company.
