Cheap but you get what you paid for. We waited for the driver for 40 minutes in freezing cold in the middle of the night to be picked up from the airport (we'd have waited inside had he not said he'd be 10 mins...). The driver was unpleasant and didn't even apologise. I contacted their customer support over a week ago and never heard back.
Very poor customer services. Waited 45 minutes for a cab. I phoned several times to chase it up and then was told the cab was there! When I said that was impossible cause I'm waiting outside exactly where I ordered it to come to, the call Centre man was quite rude and said "it wasn't his problem I couldn't find the Cab!" A little customer service training wouldn't go a miss.
I had an epileptic fit in one of advanced cars taxi's. I was fined £50.
I have always used this service but will not be any longer.
I was not drunk and could not help the situation. Take note I do not choose to have this illness and was disgusted that u held my purse to randsom.
Took a car this morning took me and my wife to a hospital appointment we were both really worried about it and he was brilliant was reassuring us what ever it was it would be OK. He was genuine and honestly did everything he could to make our lives easier. Asked if we wanted some music stop at a shop. Brilliant service
Advance cars is taking over walthamstow. They are doing really well drivers are allot better they actually speak English. They are polite and professional
What an Improvement, Booked a car it arrived on time, i was greeted politely by the driver . Definitely better than my last experience clearly they understand that customer satisfaction is important.

Booked on the app it was brilliant, car arrived on time , car was clean, driver was very friendly and its was really cheap couldnt believe it when the controller said it was £4.50.
recomment everyone in london to download this app and take full advantage of the brilliant service, and if you coming to london for the holidays download it and book it when you get here,
advance cars the only cab company in town worth using picked me and family up from westfields today service was great

booked a car on the app.. Day before the tube strike.. i was blown away.. price was best on the market, it was simple. my home to work and back again. received email and text confirmation. Car was 2 minutes late which was fine bearing in mind there was a tube strike, but other than that i cant fault it driver was polite and charged me the normal fare. Got me to work on time and peacefully. Recommended to everyone.
Worst cab experience. Needed a cab to get to the station. He got off the emply route onto a route with very high traffic. No forward planning. Incompetent driver. Got out in traffic and walked and had the cheek to ask for full fare. If you want to get to somewhere on time don't use advance cars. Only rated 1 because website wouldn't allow me to write 0
The worst cab company I have ever used. As a woman on her own, travelling in the early hours of the morning (no, I wasn't drunk, I'd been helping out at a teenager's party)it was very disappointing to find that they kept lying to me about the time of arrival of my cab, and then, when I complained, they were extremely unhelpful. I waited 45 minutes for a cab that didn't arrive! I strongly suspect they sent it to the wrong address.The next cab company I rang sent one straight away.
To be honest I am very disappointed firstly I waited for the cab 25 mins secondly they sent a cab to different location the driver called me and said he is in tesco while I was in asda when I told him that he is wrong location the driver started telling me rudely that I should have made a booking properly and hung up on me. I called the office they tried to blame me by asking if I used the automatic service which I didn't finally they sent me another car waited for another 33 mins. I would have appreciated if someone would have apologised or offer a discount as a good gesture.
We use alot of cabs every week, my god it was hard to find a nice Reliable cab firm in the area. FINALLY we were given the number of Advance Cars by our friend. Advance Cars was the company we had been looking for in the area.
There are very reliable,Cheap,and Drivers are very helpful and the staff in the office are very professional. I would recommend them any day to ANYONE, and they have multiple office so where ever we are we can get picked by ADVANCE CARS.
They are also open 24/7 365 days a year.
