Harveys The Furniture Store

Absolutely hopeless delivery times. Ordered a bed and I was told will arrive within 7 weeks and likely to come as early as 4-5 weeks by the Manager of the store. It is now 12 weeks and they still haven't got a firm delivery time. Very keen to sell furniture but fail ot mention alot of their stock is imported hence delayed delivery times.
Lousy customer service who are not able to do anything aside from advising to keep calling back. I will not be ordering from them again.

I have bought furnitures from Harveys twice and both times they have failed me. The customer care is appalling and the staff never seem to agree with each other. They blatantly lie about the delivery time schedule in order to get the business and they have even sent the wrong furniture. The delivery people told me that wherever they go, the clientele are very disssatisfied. I will never buy anything from them again and I will ensure that my friends are aware of their practice too.
