I went to the North Finchley Nat West branch 18/09/20 to check what ID I needed to make a large BACS payment. I was told 1) my bank card 2) my driving licence. So I returned today 23/09/20, with the iD. I was then told I need a passport to do the payment for a new flat. The member of staff on the enquires desk tried to help. I asked to speak to the branch manager who was intransigent and inflexible, I had to drive home through rush our traffic and back to the branch. Causing me stress and wasting my time. Protecting me from me !
