seemed extremely busy but helpful in the store but completely impossible to contact by telephone to sort out problems since then.

Like all 3 stores, dont bother ringing the number listed. It will will ring endlessly or cutoff after a few minutes. "Good Customer Service" is not something that 3 could ever be accused of having.
