Worst gym in history, unfriendly, unhelpful and poorly managed.

Can never get through to their reception and when redirected to the answer phone, it is full and you cannot leave a message. I agree with the previous comments regarding the staff at reception and their utter lack of customer service skills. Very disappointing.

Customer service needs to improve. The staffing is substandard and seem to think they are only there to socialize with their friends and collect their wages. They give no thought the needs of the customers. The small sauna hardly works or is not switched on. Air conditioner in studio is problematic. Reapirs take too long. You can complain to managers without satisfaction. I was a member from 2009 to recently because Centre was convenient and 10 minutes walk from home. I have decided to go further away where my custom is valued and not just paying the wages of people who don't care.
