I can honestly say this was the worst food delivery service I have ever had. I was quoted 50-60 minutes delivery time, the pizza arrived 2 hours later. When it did arrive it was cold and chewy. I called twice to find out what was happening, once after an hour and was told it would be delivered in 20 minutes. I called again 40 minutes later to be given yet more excuses about the fact they're very busy as it's a bank holiday. I completely understand that bank holidays are going to be busy times. But give a realistic delivery time and inform us that it might be delayed as you are busy.

It's been years since a pizzeria has really surprised me. Having been most unfortunate to have been brought up on a diet of Bernard Matthews and Birds Eye frozen burgers by a mother who cannot cook, it's a wonder why I don't have two arses and a palate that can't discern between mechanically reclaimed meat and a bowl of change. Firezza is a different league of pizza though - found purely by accident as I was coming home from a 14 hour slog in the office and couldn't be bothered to cook. Where do I start?! I ordered 1/2 a metre of Gamoroni - the tiger prawns were fresh, plump and juicy and the 1/2 metre of Parma pizza was authentic Italy incarnate. The best pizza place in London!
