i was a bit jubious going into saks as the high staff turn over was always a little off-putting. however, last week i braved it and was welcomed by alan, the manager. he was very friendly, very helpful and gave me some real inciteful advice. after having my colour, which was the best it's been i had a little trim and a blowdry. i had nothing too adventurous cut-wise but was made to feel very welcome, at home and like the staff couldn't do enough for me. i would highly reccomend saks, and alan and will definetely be returning!

I have been using this salon over the last two years and found the staff to be very courteous and proffesional. I used to have my treatments from Meghan but now have my treatments from Kiely or Louise. There are loads of free parking spaces in the David Lloyd which helps but make sure you get the code to exit the car park from the Salon. I'm slightly suprised by the other review on this site as my experience has always been excellent. Just checked another review on spa seekers which is simlar to my experience so don't know if it was just a one-off or something.

waste of money its a shame as i would have used this place all the time if it was any good keep away
