Clayhall Clinic

I have been with this'd active for many years and been looked after well. I am happy with this practice so far. Staff and doctors are good. It would be good if they are not closing for lunch time.

Highly recommend this practice. Very friendly and empathetic GP. I was very happy with the GP as he listened to me and involved me in the treatment decision. Some of the reception staff are very friendly and I got the appointment on the same day.
Anyone looking for a friendly and knowledgable GP, I would say this is a very good choice.

If you are looking for a clinic in this area don't bother with this one!!!
After one year of moving at this clinic I finally needed to see a doctor today so : the receptionist was rude and the doctor even worse !!! He sent me home to take paracetamol for a problem that is serious!
This clinic only wants to have people in their books to cash in on the patients and don't really care about their well-being.
Please avoid !
I'm looking for another clinic right now.

Unfortunately I have not had good experiences at this surgery. The receptionists never smile and are pretty rude really. I have seen two doctors regarding my baby and being a new mum I was disappointed to find them unfriendly, not understanding and giving me conflicting advice. I'll be changing soon!
