the staff are so helpful as my dad lives in Ireland and i try to explain his size and instead of saying find out they are understanding and work with you dont see that often.

The staff are absolutely pros, they can tell on the first look what are your measurements. There is a large choice; you never go back empty handed. Customer care can't be better, they would the first and last for you. I went there for shorts, and they brought me about 12 of them to try, until I was completely happy. It was hot, and I was given free linen handkerchief to wipe the sweat.

Good shop, really good staff always ready to help. Have been buying clothes from Smartex for over 32 years, although I live over 90 miles away I always call into Smartex for my
trousers and jumpers and are never disapointed

This shop is an absolute gem. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and they actually care about you. I have just spent two days traipsing around big department stores and found that the staff in most of them didn't even register my presence and once they did and I had asked them questions they were largely clueless about what they were selling. However in Smartex the service is excellent and the guys there really know what they are talking about. If you are looking for quality menswear at good prices look no further than here.
