Yin yoga class and gong bath

Bring your week to a close with this nurturing yin yoga class led by Dory Walker. Dory will bring focus to the yin, feminine flow allowing you to gently unwind and find calm within your practice.

We will flow seamlessly from the final relaxation, savasana, into a deep and rejuvenating Gong Bath led by Gordon Coxon.

Dory is certified to an advanced level and draws inspiration from a broad sprectrum of approaches. Her classes are fun and encourage students to discover their edge and use their practice as an art of transformation. Through her own experience; she has discovered that regular practice promotes effective, positive and healthy living. Dory believes strongly in making the yoga (union) adventure joyful, keeping it light and remembering to laugh!! Through self-practice and study she continues to gain fresh inspiration for her teaching and for Life.

Gordon was drawn to the gong several years ago through a deepening involvement in yoga and meditation and it has since become his main sphere of interest. Gordon hosts a bi-monthly Gong Baths at evolve.
