Answering the 'phone would be a start. I'm currently 25 mins and 43 seconds into a call queue which is "very important to us". So I daresay it's off to PC World instead.

I found my local store in Hammersmith to be a perfect place to shop for Electronics, the staff are very helpful and will take time out to advise on the products on display. They are very quick on the phone and never keep you waiting, no erm's or I don't know's. Very friendly good sense of humour too. Oh and the products are first class.
