I found the staff very knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to help. I bought a PC from Sony and they tried very hard to make it easy for me. I would recommend anyone buying any Sony product to contact this store, as apart from giving interest free credit for 18 months, the service from the sales assistant to the manager was very good.
