It wasn't just a one off, on a couple of visits there I got the same support.

After having my phone stolen and O2 not sending me a confirmation email of my order, the staff in this O2 shop stayed after hours to help me sort out my order, and in turn my new phone. They were lovely and kind and couldn't recommend a better phone shop (as I have dealt with many dodgy ones in the past). Thank you to them.
