Neals Yard Remedies

The manager of this branch is one of the main reasons why I go here. She is incredibly helpful and goes beyond the linen of duty to listen and always makes brilliant suggestions. She also recommended Dr Li, their resident acupuncturist whom I've been going to ever since. She has cured my terrible digestion and I now go to see her once a month for a top up. I recommend this branch and often pop in to buy their products all with the help of their wonderful Manager - Sonia.

Had a terrible experience in the St John's Wood branch of Neals Yard Remedies. I like the brand and their products -but the Manager here is rude and offensive. I was there when a customer asked the Manager for her name and the number of the Head Office so she could make a complaint about the customer service. The Manager said 'no' she would not give it and that she would (I quote) "throw them out" if they didn't leave there and then!. Staff are generally snooty here, but this level of rudeness is unacceptable, especially coming from the Manager of a well-known branded store. Stick to Covent Garden - they're pleasant there!
