Texture launches raw food menu

Michelin starred restaurant Texture, renowned for its light and healthy cooking, will introduce a raw menu on 20th May.

Despite the comforting qualities the currently trendy junk food joints, the summer commands something more refreshing and revitalising, not to mention wholesome. With this in mind, Chef Patron Aggi Sverrisson has drawn on his Scandinavian heritage and Asian flavours to create a palette pleasing seven-course menu including dishes such as: Spring Vegetables, pickled, raw, marinated, Ceviche of salmon, cucumber, mooli, bonito broth and Beef tartare, sorrel, balsamic, rocket.

Available for lunch and dinner and priced at £79 per person, the Texture Raw Menu will be on offer until 31st August. Booking is advisable.
