Cucina Asellina, the award-winning Italian bar and restaurant in the heart of Aldwych, is pleased to announce a new accessible lunch menu for the summer and beyond. Launching on 19th May this new lunch menu offers ten dishes for £10 each, everyday from noon until 3pm.
Highlights from the menu include Cucina Asellina’s signature dish square spaghetti, pomodoro, fresh basil, olive oil; Grilled salmon, quail eggs, green beans and fennel salad as well as a choice of four of their renowned Flatbread pizzas. All dishes are served with choice of polenta chips, side salad or fennel gratin.
Inspired by its sister restaurant Asellina in New York, Cucina Asellina offers a warm Italian welcome in a stunning, contemporary setting designed by Foster + Partners. The menu is founded upon the very philosophy of Italian cuisine – the very best ingredients sourced from the very best producers marrying simple and fresh flavours and all presented with flair.
Cucina Asselina’s contemporary space is located on the ground floor of the ME London hotel. The restaurant has a capacity for 90 diners while the brand new al fresco terrace seats 30. The restaurant has been embraced by the Italian community of London and established itself as a hub for Italian events and get-togethers. Both restaurant and bar provide a comfortable setting whether eating a dish of pasta at the bar, getting together for a business lunch or eating out with a group of friends.
