The football-mad mixologists at The Rib Room Bar & Restaurant in London's Knightsbridge have sunk their teeth into a new cocktail idea: The Suarez. This vodka cocktail gives a real kick with ingredients including beef bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and a dash of fiery Tabasco.
With a sharp taste promising to thrill all the senses, this riff on the Bloody Mary will be sure to provide more bite for buck than anything else off the football field. The cocktail costs £16 and is available now at The Rib Room Bar.
The Rib Room manager, Michele Caggianese said: “As an Italian, I feel it’s time for Italy to bite back! Our feisty Suarez cocktail with its strong flavours has a real sting in its tail. Although this won’t make up for Gli Azzuri getting knocked out of the World Cup, it will provide a real kick to those who try it in The Rib Room Bar.”
