The Portobello mushroom burger is out and isn’t quite loud enough for Absurd Bird… who said this place was all about the chicken? They also have a lovely vegetarian option too; in true Southern American Style they’ve masterfully created a delicious chilli and coriander quinoa burger. This delight comes with lettuce, tomato, and avocado puree with a delicious house spiced mayo for only £8. Perfect for vegetarians, or just to celebrate National Vegetarian week on the 16th – 22nd of May.
Veggie burger at Las Iguanas
If you're bored of limp lettuce and tasteless tofu burgers, Las Iguanas's vibrant Beet and Black Bean Burger certainly packs a punch! A firm favourite with diners, both vegetarian and meat-loving, the 'burger' is served in a toasted sesame seed bun with melted emmental cheese and sliced beef tomato.
Well known for their delicious and indulgent hot dogs, Top Dog are pleased to say that they now offer a range of vegetarian and vegan dishes that won’t disappoint. Smoked tofu dogs are served with sautéed onions, house relishes and topped with pickles, chillis, slaws, avocado and all the rest.
