Pimentae Drinks, the brand behind bar quality, premium tequila cocktails with a modern-day twist, are heading out this August in their whimsical branded van to offer the revellers in Covent Garden a chance to experience their drinks. Following the launch of their first drink in lockdown 2021, the Tommy’s Chilli Margarita, Pimentae launched its second drink - the Cucumber & Elderflower Eclipse - in March 2022.
Created by Alice Parmiter and Wynter Karo, friends who shared a love, hate and 'why did we do that?' relationship with Tequila for years, the women decided to wave goodbye to the traditional 'split second embrace' and set out on a quest to showcase the magic that Tequila has to offer when balanced correctly. Pimentae aren’t recreating classic cocktails, they’re crafting first-of-a-kind, tequila-based cocktails, to offer allure and adventure, whilst igniting the spirit of Mexico.
Their next in person event is to be held at the famous Covent Garden piazza - where Alice and Wynter will be offering cocktails by the cup and bottle in their branded van, from August 12-18th. The van can be seen here, a burst of colour and tropical print which can't be missed! Head down to Covent Garden to catch them in August handing out their award-winning cocktails. Currently installed at Covent Garden for the summer is a truly British al fresco community dining area on the Piazza with deck chairs, benches, where you will be able to enjoy an ice cold Pimentae drink on the Piazza cobbles this season.
