Gilgamesh Launches New Dishes on A La Carte Menu

Critically acclaimed restaurant Gilgamesh, has introduced 10 delicious new dishes to its Pan-Asian menu.

Critically acclaimed restaurant Gilgamesh, has introduced 10 delicious new dishes to its Pan-Asian menu, created by renowned head chef Ian Pengelley. Whatever the occasion there is something for everyone with Smoked Trout and Papaya Salad, Chargrilled Lamb Cutlets with Sweet Miso and Mustard Dressing and Hong Kong style Smoked Soy Chicken.

For Dim Sum fans, Gilgamesh has extended its popular menu, by adding Japanese Chicken and Foie Gras Gyoza, Chilean Seabass and Prawn open-top Dumplings, Shanghai Pork Dumplings and Inside Soup Dumpling with Sesame Oil. These new dishes use only the finest ingredients and have been skilfully created by Pengelley and his team, to showcase all that Asian cuisine has to offer. The Dim Sum selection is ideal for sharing and is a guaranteed crowd pleaser! Inspired by various countries across Asia, other new dishes on the menu are Rock Shrimp Tempura, Vegetable Pad Thai and Deep Fried Red Snapper in Tom Yum Broth.
