It's hard to say, the London food scene seems to change like the London weather so there is always somewhere new to try!

Any new Japanese product I have not tried.

Can you name a food that you regard as a guilty pleasure?
Oysters and uni.

Is there an ingredient you hate using?
Anything not fresh!

What do you think restaurant trends will be for the year ahead?
Relaxed dining, casual atmosphere and 5 star international food.
