Balans' Red Ribbon cocktail has it all tied up for World AIDS Day

Funds go to the Elton John AIDS Foundation

To mark World AIDS Day on 1 December 2012, long-time supporters Balans restaurants and bars are once again fundraising to benefit the Elton John AIDS Foundation*.

Their master mixologists have created the delicious Red Ribbon cocktail – an intoxicating medley that combines a splash of Chase vodka (the world's first super premium English potato vodka) with fresh raspberry purée, vanilla syrup and a side shot of champagne.

Priced at £9.95, Balans are donating 100% of the profits to the Foundation, excluding VAT.

The cocktail will be available from Monday 19 November until Sunday 2 December in all of the group’s seven London restaurants (conveniently located in Soho, Earl’s Court, Kensington, Westfield London, Westfield Stratford City and Bluewater).

Over the past six years, Balans has raised over £35,000 for the Elton John AIDS Foundation, helping to support its continuing fight against the HIV/AIDS pandemic.
