Celebratory five-course tasting menu

Texture, Agnar Sverrisson and Xavier Rousset’s modern European restaurant in Marylebone, is celebrating its 5th birthday this year. Throughout this half decade, Texture has won a number of accolades including a Michelin star in 2010, which it has retained since. As part of the celebrations, Aggi has created a five-course tasting menu for £55, available at lunch from Tuesday-Saturday, throughout the month of November. The courses include Icelandic lightly salted cod served with avocado, chorizo and sauce vierge; and Chargrilled anjou pigeon served with sweetcorn, shallots, bacon popcorn and a red wine essence.
