Christmas menu for groups of 10 or more

Podium Restaurant and Bar is the perfect choice for seasonal, contemporary cuisine, offering a range of celebratory menus, from the end of November through to New Year’s Day. The three-course Christmas Celebrations Menu is ideal for group dining, priced at £39.50 per person for groups of 10 or more, and is available from November 29 – December 30.

Starters include terrine of duck, plum chutney, spiced wine jelly; and gin and tonic cured salmon, with crème fraiche and lime pickled fennel. Mains include bream with roasted baby onions, salsify and baby potatoes with shellfish nage; and roast turkey breast, trimmings,rosemary roasted potatoes, root vegetables, brussel sprouts and gravy. Guests can finish the meal with an array of indulgent deserts, including iced Christmas pudding parfait and candied chestnuts; and double-baked mandarin soufflé with chocolate ice cream.
