Pre-concert menu at Podium

The three-course pre-Concert Menu uses fresh, seasonal ingredients, with flavours inspired by the British summer.

London Hilton on Park Lane continues its 50th Anniversary celebrations with the launch of its pre-concert menu to coincide with the British Summer Time festival, taking place at Hyde Park 5 – 14 July. Having hosted everyone from rock stars to royalty, diners will be in fashionable company, with past guests of the hotel including Tina Turner, Elton John, The Rolling Stones and The Beatles.

The three-course pre-Concert Menu uses fresh, seasonal ingredients, with flavours inspired by the British summer. Sample dishes include gazpacho with balsamic jelly and croutons; ham hock terrine with piccalilli; steamed monkfish with lemon jelly, broad beans and pimientos; and passion fruit tartlet with raspberry sauce and Chantilly cream.

Marking its links to the music industry and close proximity to Hyde Park, the Pre-concert Menu includes a glass of house wine and will be available at Podium restaurant, priced at £23.50 (incl. VAT, excl. service).
