As part of Real Wine Month, Pasquale has carefully chosen his wines to kick start the summer season in style. The selection includes PRIMITIVO, aged in underground cellars for an intense, cherry flavour, CATARATTO, medium-bodied with notes of melon and apple, and SALENTO ROSSO, renowned for its colour and delicious fruits of the forest flavour.

Pasquale prides himself on using only the best quality seasonal produce imported fresh from his family run farm in Capua, South Italy, every week. His imports allow for the rich diversity of the always-evolving Amico Bio menu.

The expertly-sourced wine list is testament to Pasquale’s ethos of using luxury, health-conscious ingredients to create unforgettable flavour and Amico Bio continues to define vegan and vegetarian Italian dining in London. Signature dishes include Insalata di Rucola, Kinara e Pomodori Arrosto (Rocket, Kinara Cheese and Roasted Tomato Salad with Balsamic Dressing) and Peperoni Farciti alle Verdure, Gratinati con Mozzarella di Bufala (Slow Baked Peppers with Seasonal Vegetables and Buffalo Mozzarella).
