Many have already jumped (pun intended) on the trampolining craze - it's fun as well as being a great way to burn calories. Oxygen Freejumping's activities are essentially Trampolining version 2. Not only do you bounce up and down, but you can run through an obstacle course, sink into a foam pit, play dodgeball, and shoot basketball hoops all while you're jumping in the air.
There are 150 interconnected trampolines, so you can go alone, take friends or book an entire court. They also run fitness classes, and if you're very keen you can join their academy and you'll train with a qualified gymnastics instructor.
