Closely located next to the districts of Barnes, Putney and Richmond, Sheen is at the south westerly end of Central London. When referring to Sheen it is quite common to split the area into three separate sections known as Temple Sheen, North Sheen and East Sheen.
The Eastern part of Sheen is largely residential, with an abundance of green spaces, a factor which continues to attract young families and commuters to the area. Although Sheen is gaining in popularity, transport links are not as good in Sheen as in some of the neighbouring areas, with residents having to rely primarily on buses to get them into the centre of London.
