Our mission at Byron is to serve proper hamburgers the way they should be. We source good beef from Scottish farms. We mince it fresh every day. We cook it medium so it’s pink, juicy and succulent. We place it in a soft, squishy bun with minimum fuss and fanfare. We serve it in a comfortable environment with a smile and a proper beer.

Given the number of great burger places that have opened in London recently, I would have expected Byron's burgers to be a bit less bland. The Byron burger with bacon and "Byron sauce" is boring and lacks flavour, likewise the soggy courgette fritters. There’s a good selection of beers, but not wine or anything else.
