This place seems to have a lot of positive press coverage- that's why I went there.
Its usually described as a reasonably priced cafe but it charges restaurant prices for what are small portions. You could easily walk away with £40 for two. Not what you would expect for a quick lunch in an almost hole in the wall cafe (seating for 10-12) especially when you compare to other places in Finchley.
The food tastes OK but nothing special.
The owner, on first glance is friendly but I found him pushy- he asked me if I wanted something to drink 5 times. The one drink I wanted was some kind of health drink at £30 a bottle.
But more worryingly they do not display prices which is against the law!
I won't be going there again in a hurry.
