Went for a night out with my family, and ordered the Jerk Chicken & 2 Curry goats .
The customer service wasn't up to high standards and the food was terrible .
the rice was all cold and hard and the curry goat had no flavour . The jerk chicken was in gravy not jerk sauce . It was english caribbean food no taste no flavor .

The first time going to this a few years back, resturant it was fantastic service was great chef was lovely, food was amazing.

But since it has been taken over by a different owner the service is one of the worst. The people were rude and when my sisters boyfriend went there he had to be waiting over an hour for the food, no-one came up to him to take an order and customers got up and left. Disgraceful, one of the reasons why caribbean resturants do not last. Such ashame because before it was one of the best now has just gone down hill.

I visited this restaurant with some friends and it is not the usual caribbean restaurant. this one is huge and i was surprised how friendly and lively it was. good food, menus from all the caribbean countries and a fantastic buffet at an affordable price. the staff where from around the globe- where are you going to find that- and they had a customer services person who not only took your order but is hired to sit down and chat to you! TV screens are situated around the restaurant playing videos of concerts and on the odd occasion they have a singer. a singer, yes !! this place had it all and there were birthday parties going on and celebrations and the customers were so mixed it felt like a restaurant universally accepted.
food was great, jerk chicken, fish. oxtail, and the drinks of guiness punch and sorrel with rum WOW. anyone going there will enjoy themselves, it's quite a refreshing experience.
